1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Connect Aura Tech Pvt. Ltd.'s website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

Connect Aura Tech Pvt. Ltd. provides digital marketing, AI automation, website development, SEO, software development, branding, and related technology services. The specific services, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement are defined in individual service agreements or proposals.

3. Client Obligations

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
• Timely review and approval of deliverables within agreed timelines
• Payment of fees as specified in the service agreement
• Ensuring they have rights to all content and materials provided to us
• Compliance with applicable laws regarding their business and advertising

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for them. Connect Aura Tech Pvt. Ltd. retains ownership of its methodologies, frameworks, tools, templates, and pre-existing intellectual property used in service delivery. We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. We will not disclose client business information to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law or as necessary to deliver agreed services.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally, services are invoiced monthly in advance. Late payments may result in service suspension. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in the service agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Connect Aura Tech Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the preceding three months.

8. No Guarantee of Results

While we are committed to delivering exceptional results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as particular search rankings, lead volumes, or revenue figures. Digital marketing results depend on numerous factors including market conditions, competition, and client cooperation.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. Termination does not relieve the client of payment obligations for services already rendered. Upon termination, all client data and assets will be returned within 14 business days.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
